This is a 6 week educational course for survivors of domestic abuse.

The groupwork is a safe space for survivors to process what has happened to them, learn how to recognise abuse, the impact DA has had on them and their children, what healthy relationships look like, and help connect other survivors together. 

Power to Change is the main offer of the IDAS groupwork here in Sheffield – it for women only. It is structured groupwork and looks at a range of different topics each week and you must be able to attend all sessions.

We have groups running throughout the year, and when you speak with us we can give you more information about course dates.
