A relaxed space where you can speak to Soar Health and Wellbeing Coaches, take part in the activities on offer, and a free exercise session. People can attend for up to 12 weeks during which time they will be supported to find local activities to suit their needs. People can drop in but must be patients of Shire Green surgery, Norwood surgery, Green Cross (Palgrave Surgery), Elm Lane and Chapeltown surgery, Barnsley Road Surgery, Buchanan Road Surgery. Every Wednesday at the Learning Zone, Parson's Cross, TERM TIME ONLY 10:30-12.
