Independent Domestic Abuse Services

A 6-week course aimed at the impact Domestic Abuse has on South Asian Women

· Understanding Healthy and Unhealthy Relationships

· Empowering South Asian women, building confidence and peer support.

· For women aged 17 +

· Safe, friendly environment in Sheffield.


It is structured groupwork and looks at a range of different topics each week and you must be able to attend all sessions. The next course starts on the 4th of November and ends on the 9th of December. There is one session per week. 


There is access to a worker who will translate the course in Urdu.
