Join us for our yoga sessions for stress relief. The sessions can be done on a mat or a chair. 

  • Mats/chairs provided. 
  • Bring your own blanket and cushion if possible. 
  • All women welcome - suitable for all ages and abilities. 
  • Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring some water!
