‘Escape the Trap’ is an 8-week programme designed to raise awareness and educate young people around intimate relationship abuse; empowering them to develop boundaries and expectations within relationships that are healthy, alongside understanding how this can impact on mental health and emotional wellbeing.

This is a female only course for 16-24 year olds with 6-8 participants maximum.

Course Starting Dates in 2025: 

2 October – 20 November

There is one session per week to attend.
